24/7 callout for emergency repairs to property. (Min charge for out of hours 8pm to 7am )
I appreciate your trade or office hours are 8am - 6pm etc so I offer an an out of hours/overnight service (for a supplement) for redecoration or repair etc. to minimise impact to your day trade.
Planned maintenance program either monthly/quaterly/6 monthly or yearly visits. This could include gutter clearance, gardening, fence staining, window cleaning etc, general office/pub/shop/takeaway/hairdressor any buiness premises for property maintenance.
Maintain vacant properties.
Complete refurbishment after tenant exit.
